Approval pipelines as state machines
Every step has explicit transition rules, every role gets its own queue, and the rules an administrator draws on the canvas are enforced at the API level — not just in the interface. Roles are named by your organization, not by the platform.
Rules that follow the data
Conditions can read any field — text, numbers, selections, scores, computed values — and reshape the application or reroute the workflow in real time as answers come in. A single rule can show a section, require a document and route the submission somewhere else entirely.
Documents as a byproduct
