Any report turns into a bar, line, pie or doughnut chart, drawn from every row the report returns, including the ones past the first screen. Or pivot it instead.

When it needs to leave the building, take the filtered view as CSV or the whole thing as Excel. Power BI embeds directly if your team already lives there and brings its own workspace.

How do I release just the essay section to the committee?

Section release lets you choose which parts of an application each review group sees. For this program:

  1. Open Review workflow and pick the committee stage.
  2. Under Section release, tick Essay and leave Financial need unticked.
  3. Save. Reviewers in that group now see the essay only.
